Hi, I’m Sarah. As a pharmacist of 15 years, I have seen the impact extra weight and unhealthy habits have on the development of chronic diseases, primarily starting wiht inflammation in the body. I have seen patients decide in line at the pharmacy if they will buy their laundry-list of medications (which makes them FEEL terrible) or be able to buy food.
As a mom of 4, I realize I have the important responsibility of being able to teach my kids about healthy nutrition and exercise. I get to help change the trajectory of the health of my family! That is a blessing.
As a certified coach with the FASTer Way, I get to teach women a MAINTAINABLE lifestyle so they can THRIVE in their busy world without a list of diet do’s and dont’s. I get to help them feel confident in their choices, have a surge of energy, and beat inflammation and pain naturally with coaching that blends nutrition, fitness and strategies for a thriving life.

I have gone through my own series of health struggles including multiple leg surgeries caused by a condition called “Miserable malalignment syndrome”, chronic pain, hormone disruption, and prolonged high cortisol from the stress of healing, chronic inflammation, and treatment with antidepressant medications. By incorporating whole food nutrition with a focus on anti-inflammatory foods, I was able to lose 40 pounds, heal from 3 leg surgeries, balance cortisol level, and discontinue all pain and antidepressant medications.
These experiences and results have led me in my desire to help women overcome pain and inflammation, depression, and hormonal imbalances through a focus on anti-inflammatory nutrition and strength training.
