SARAH'S STORY
Healing when my body forced me to slow down.
For a long time, I believed I was doing all the right things. I was a busy pharmacist, raising four kids, pushing through pain, anxiety, and exhaustion, telling myself this was just what midlife looked like.
But behind the scenes, my body was sending red flags I didn't know how to read. I was diagnosed with miserable malalignment syndrome, which led to multiple leg surgeries while still in the thick of motherhood.
I was navigating chronic pain, inflammation, and anxiety.
And like so many women, I was prescribed medications to manage symptoms (antidepressants, pain control) rather than address the root cause.
I kept pushing forward because stopping wasn't an option.
I couldn't medicate or out-push a body that was deeply inflamed.
Instead of asking "What can I take?"
I started asking "What does my body need?"
After learning how to walk again, I was forced to confront a truth I hadn't been ready to face. Taking medications and pushing through wasn't a strategy, it was survival mode. My body needed something entirely different.
I began implementing an anti-inflammatory lifestyle - not as a diet, but as a long-term strategy that worked with my hormones, my stress levels, and the reality of raising four kids.
THE FOUR SHIFTS
What actually changed everything.
The foundational shifts that changed the way I approached inflammation, energy, nutrition, and sustainable health.
Anti-inflammatory, macro-balanced nutrition
Food that actively supports healing (not restricting eating that feels like a punishment).
This is nourishment with intention and clinical understanding.
Intentional movement
Strength-building that worked with my recovering body.
Focused on movement that lowers cortisol instead of piling on more stress.
Reducing chronic stress and cortisol
Understanding how my nervous system was driving inflammation and building daily practices to calm it, not just survive it.
Creating an environment for easier choices
Especially my kitchen. Making the healthy choice the default not the heroic daily decision that depletes willpower by noon.
WHY SARAH?
Why my approach works when others haven't.
Most health coaches have personal transformation stories.
I have that, plus 10+ years of clinical pharmacist training that changes how I read your body, your symptoms, and your path forward.
01
Pharmacist-level understanding of your body
I understand how medications interact with nutrition, how inflammation shows up in labs, and how to work alongside your healthcare team; a layer of credibility most coaches simply don't have.
02
A mom of four and
I live this in real life
No 2-hour meal preps. No gym schedules that ignore real life.
I built my methodology around what actually works when life is full - with four kids, a career, a household to manage - not forcing ideal conditions.
03
Flexible and sustainable by design
Eating out is part of the plan. Social life is part of the plan.
My M Cubed Method is built for the woman who needs her health to fit her life, not rebuild her life around her health.
TODAY
I stopped feeling like my health was something I was constantly fighting.
Today I blend my pharmacist background, my experience as a mom of four, and my training as a nutrition coach to help women do the same, without diet rules, guilt, or overwhelming restriction.
Because healing isn't about willpower. It's about understanding inflammation, supporting your body, and creating a lifestyle you can actually maintain.
